If you are injured on the job…

You may be entitled to money.

There are certain things that you will need to know and do, including give notice, see a doctor and, perhaps, consult an attorney, in order to insure that you receive the full compensation to which you are entitled under the law.

You should know that you have certain rights, including the right to pick your own doctor. The doctor will determine the type of injury that you have suffered. You will have either a scheduled injury, an unscheduled injury, or a mental impairment. You have three basic rights regarding your compensation and future employment. You should not have to pay any of your medical expenses related to the accident.

The Fogel Law Firm offers a free initial consultation and our fees are approved by the Workers' Compensation Administration. Our web site is designed to provide general information about the legal system and Workman's Compensation, and a number of forms that you may need are provided as downloadable PFD files on this site.
